This 5-Step Simulation™ is for people learning or practicing the skill of selling to retail customers. This is a generic simulation model that can serve as an outline for training on many different kinds of retail sales situations. You can use this simulation outline for structured on-the-job training or for classroom training with groups. In this simulation, the learner has to make the customer feel at ease, help the customer make a buying decision, and follow up to add value to the sale.
