This 5-Step Simulation™ is intended for leaders who need to help people take action when the right course of action is unclear. It may also be useful for other employees or in preparation for a leadership role. In this simulation, the leader has to make a difficult choice about what action he or she wants people to take, communicate the decision to inspire action, and walk the talk personally.
This simulation requires a partner. The partner will act as a discussion partner, coach, and limited evaluator.
